# Work Intelligence

> What your workforce produced with AI — and the hard ROI on it.

**Work Intelligence is what your workforce is actually building with AI, and what it
returns.** It's the day-one value for **engineering, AI, and finance leadership**: a clear
map of who built what, what it cost, and whether it was worth it.

* **What did our workforce produce?** A bipartite map of every Claude Code and Cowork
  session — who used it, what they produced, what tools they invoked, tokens consumed, and
  the outcome.
* **What is it costing?** Spend per person, team, agent, and per shipped unit of value.
* **Where is effort going?** Work-type mix (development, research, bug fixes, coordination…)
  weighted by real decisions.
* **Where is it being wasted?** Duplicate effort across teams, throwaway exploration, and
  side projects nobody sanctioned.
